Our first piece of advice in regard to any treatment is to research research research. There are many different treatments out there which claim they either cure ME/CFS or come close to it. Even then it's down to every individual to decide which treatment suits them best and also, what they can afford.
There is no, one, proven treatment which can cure ME/CFS as yet, but there is always hope that medical experts are one day going to understand more about the illness. The chances are you'll find a combination or a variety of treatments will relieve some of your symptoms.
Know that no matter how lost you may feel at the moment, even after years of illness there are people who have found significant improvement through various treatments.
